RANICHE Hydraulic-lifting Crate Unloading System, which works between the Truck and Crate Conveyor, is specially designed for unloading and transferring the living birds crates smoothly from the truck to the Conveyor, in order to save labor energy and protect the chicken from damage.
The System is mainly operated by a hydraulic lifting platform, equipped with a hydraulic oil pump system, and driven by a control cabinet to control the lifting platform to automatically up,stop and down. The workers push the crates onto the sliding chute from the platform for crates unloading when it arises to a certain height, improving the crate unloading efficiency and reducing the labor force greatly.
