To use Dewatering Machine is efficient to decrease the water gained on carcasses during water chilling process. This machine adopts chain-wheel with reducer to drive the cage rotating and moving forward. The carcass rolls forward with the movement of the rotating cage, the water under the centrifugal force drops off the carcass for dewatering.
