Overview:

3.2M Pre-chiller is specifically designed to immerse carcass in cold water or ice water for a certain amount of time for carcass chilling. The water is chilled to specified temperature by cold medium first. Then when the carcasses are moving into the Pre-chiller, the air agitating system will agitate the cold water and carcasses to get better chilling performance.
