Through months harding working of RANICHE R&D team, RANICHE finally new developed the Skin Removing Machine in September, 2017. And after dozens of test running in big meat processing plants, it was inspected in good running condition, high working efficiency and labor-saving. 


Machine Overview:

The main body of the Skin Removing Machine is made of 316 stainless steel, other parts are mainly made of 304 stainless steell. And the other purchased parts are well-known brands, all high quality. Portable and easy to operate, labor saving. It is applicable to various of meat processing plant. 


Features:

* Full-automatic running with conveyor, suitable for large scale peeling demand. 

* Feed conveyor is made of high quality food-grade PP chain, and equipped with special pressure device, which can ensure to take in meat effectively.

* The meats can be put on the conveyor one by one and non-overlapping for good peeling effect.

* The blade distance can be adjusted automatically to the peeled skin thickness.

* The distance between the top roller and blade also can be adjusted according to the meat specification.

* Overall material are durable, hygienic and safe.


Technical Parameters:

* Application: chicken breast, chicken neck, duck breast, duck neck.

* Working capacity: 160-200pcs per minute.

* Skin removing rate: 95%. (Compared with other's machine, it can remove the skin with a lot of grease, which meets customers' strict requirements.)
