This machine is special for duck to scatter its thick feather by steam and contra-rotating shaft with plastic fingers. The speed of the contra-rotating shaft can be adjusted per the speed of the line.
The ducks are taken to immerse into the hot water and the feathers are scattered by the screwed plastic fingers on the shaft. The temperature will be controlled between 50-55℃. It pre-scalds and pre-cleans the duck to enhance the effect of scalding.
